Machine's components:

One Purline Forming Machine can produce many sizes of purlines.The line mainly consist of  uncoiler and its base,coil sheet guiding and adjusting device,roll forming system,hole punching system(optional),hydraulic post cutting system,PLC control system,run out table.

1.Suitable Material: Cold-rolled steel strip and heat-treated galvanized steel strip

2.Thickness of raw material:  1.6-3.2mm

3.Forming speed: about 10-12m/min

4.Power Requirement          Main motor power:  15Kw(Depend on final design)

                                         Hydraulic station power: 5.5Kw(Depend on final design)

5.Uncoiler's loading capacity    Max.Capacity: 5000kgs(can be increased to be 10T)
